Just got my Donny at my door,but i am pretty pissed,the Purple Bandana was broken

Well the thing is,from norway it cost a ____load of money to send the whole thing back,120$ and i know the seller is not interested in covering that so i hope i can send just the bandana for a replacement.

Glue works but that doesn`t help if i decide to sell this thing later on.

Yeah I know what you mean, about shipping as well. Hopefully you'll be able to get a replacement. Even if you did repair it and you cant even tell, it would still bug me because I would know it was like that. Pisses me off when something arrives damaged or broken. If its something Ive done then its my own fault and can bang my head against the wall

But it always sucks when your super psyched when opening it and then you notice something wrong and you come crashing down

I've seen it happen from time to time. My friend had a defective Tony Stark glass heart from his Mark II and they just had him send that back rather than the entire figure.

I hope so,i bought it from a ebay seller that got it directly from sideshow so i hope things work out.

It might not be possible, but you may want to see if the seller will send your pics to Sideshow and send the bandanna to you when he gets it. The only reason I say this is because in their policy they state that they don't cover the items if they're not directly purchased through them ie: retailers and auctions.

They've done it with me before when my Iron Spidey base arrived damaged. They just sent a replacement base rather than me have to return the whole figure.
I guess maybe because of it's low ES they may do the same type of exchange/replacement with the Turtles if the bandana breaks.
Send them an email, I'm sure they will help. I hope it works out for you.

Yeah i just checked their site and saw that,but this seller got his directly from sideshow.
