Not happy with the price. Any $85 price point would have been reasonable, even with the switch out heads. Passing on it. I'll most likely just stick with the four turtles.

So that makes it official then. No SDCC exclusives for me again this year.

The Dead bust is just really well priced, the Mouser is marked too high in comparison.

I guess, but I wouldn't think a TMNT license would be that lucrative/demanding comparatively - maybe so? :dunno

Yea I have no clue, that was my initial thought on why it would be more...but I guess that is a big jump. They are also probably trying to cash in on a "hot" new license.

Does anyone else think the neck is a little too long? I am getting this on Friday but at certain angles its looks like a giraffer instead of a mouser.

I'm not sure I want the whole line--probably just the four turtles. Without other villains or characters, I don't know if just sticking the mouser into the mix adds or detracts from the display.

I think in the beginning it might detract but once we start (or hopefully) get the villains it will be pretty kick ass.

Most def. I am choosy as well, TMNT line is just one I said I was definitely going to be collecting.

I find it difficult to commit to collecting a certain line, only because we don't know how deep in the line Sideshow will take it. I said that with Indy at the beginning, that I would jump in with both feet with the line, and look where Sideshow has taken in. Kind of discouraging actually. I don't want to be stuck with Mouser and Splinter and, say, not get Shredder and a foot soldier because for whatever reason Sideshow decided to call it quits.

Yea that is tough sometimes because, like you said, you never know where they are gonna go or when they are gonna stop. You have to balance between it because you might end up not getting something but then they eventually do complete the set and then you miss out and have to pay double the price later. It is a gamble, one I am willing to take with very few lines. Indy and TMNT being two of them, oh and Mark Brooks line.

SO what time is it going to be for pre orders in eastern time ? im in new york :D
