To buy or not to buy HT Black Widow

Yeah, waiting wouldn't be bad but there is no guarantee they'll do it over, that's the only thing especially with a cast of so many, she is the least popular. The chances aren't exactly 100%.

I'm pretty sure they'll do her. She's the only female? Plus it would be easy for them to re-do.

Abigail and Thor's hair isn't nearly as long dude...

And I have Chacha... her hair looks terrible. The only long parts are her two strands, so easy poseability... unlike BW's full hair. This custom real hair is way better:

i'm sorry I have Black Widow And I bought my daughter a set of the DC Barbies, Black Canary is the closest I can compare to BW and sorry but a barbie and BW don't look similar:

As far a Abagail Whistler, just like BW the hair is a matter of opinion, to me it looks generic. but like I said, its opinion of the person. Great figure otherwise.

If you are doing some sort of marvel theme, then I'd say do it, she would be a great addition and the only female of the bunch. Of course, as long as you get her for retail price of about ~$140. I am not sure how much she is going for nowadays but if it's in the $180-$200, I would think twice.

I don't think it's worth the $140 price tag. She doesn't come with any great accessories if I remember correctly, and the outfit restricts her poses quite a bit.

But my gf likes her, and she'd probably argue she's worth it once you fix her up.

I paid $150. If you can find her for $120-$130 I would say yes, if you want her to complete a set or arrangement like the avengers then $140 to $150 is good.

Nope... futzing is required... but I didn't have to do anything outside of using my fingers. Some people used hair product and stuff, it isn't necessary unless you have another look in mind.

But I'd rather go through that futzing than have sculpted hair.

You have to fix her tits, the rooted hair while I'm not opposed to it, I've only seen a couple of people actually achieve the look in the film, the rest seem to just comb it out or just "Curl" the ends which isn't this:

I likeness is good but the suit is a bit inaccurate, even knowing they'll be an eventual Avengers one I would say that anything over $90 shipped isn't worth it IMHO.

I just can't get past the hair. Few have gotten it to look good and so I wouldn't spend much on it.

she can look GREAT, but she is a little pricey. IF you can get her for 100-120 before shipping, go for it.

But, as many have said, her hair is a pain in the ass. Doll hair was a massive mistake by hot toys. In-order to look good on a 1/6th figure, doll hair requires a TON of work. it needs to be styled, and futz with a great deal to look good. I have neither the time, nor the skill to fix it, and mine resembles the mutant offspring of weird all, don king , and Carot top.

Here is hoping the avengers version gets Sculpted hair.

I tried ONCE to fix her hair.. it worked for a day, but without hairspray, or hair gel, it just poofed back up after 3 days.....

Well... that is if HT does everyone from the line (which hasn't even been announced yet)...

And BW's hair changes a bit throughout the film. The promo photos aren't exact really.
