People that cancels this piece will be kicking themselves later on. I see this piece go up in value as high as the Original Balrog. So, I would hold on to it. I know I am. This guy is amazing.

I would rather pay for this than the SW PF.

I have the exclusive Lurtz on order, and I certainly plan on keeping him! He looks so damned mean, and the display options with the exclusive are pretty cool. This is the Lurtz statue I wanted from the SSW line, but never got, so color me happy!

I have Frodo on order too, and I am probably in the minority as I think the sculpt is good, but the paint is what hurts this figure. I hope to get the nine fellowship members and a couple of the key baddies, and I hope they keep the pace of this line slow so I can keep up financially!

Yeah.. but the regular edition isn't nearlly as cool as the exclusive.. and the chances of getting that are well... slim.

I think Lurtz will actually go down in price, theres no way he can become the next balrog. Not with a total edition of 2000. I do think its a great piece, but collecting another PF line will be tough. Unless I see something in the next month thats amazing, I'll be canceling. Frodo looks bad, so he hurts the Fellowship.

What also hurts the PF line is the 12 inch LOTR line. Same case with Star Wars. Most of the Star Wars PF went down in price. Its very hard to collect a line that loses value.

Plus there are so may nice items right now. Not like what was in 3 years ago I presume. therefore 2000 es item will not increase that much.

I agree that frodo is hurting this series.

may be this LOTR PF will not lose its value as the edition sizes are relatively lower.

One item I have never thought about cancelling.

With an edition size of 750 for the exclusive this should increase a bit for those who plan to sell. Not me.

I don't expect Frodo until 2007. Which is sad since it was announced in February.

even with the lines slowliness (for which I'm somewhat happy 'cause it saves money XD ) I think he would look good, just standing alone.

Really!? Han was limited to 500, and it hasn't come anywhere close.

The comments made about the 12" and the PF being competitors is dead-on I think, while it is good for the 12" folks, those of us who are collecting the PF seem to have to wait too long.
