I was wondering, the Ark seemed both disappointing and expensive. Did the majority of peeps cancel their EX and go with the regular?

I went reg and used the 60 dollars on two TT bodies.

Received my 18-20 day notice on Toht as well

I went with the regular edition from the get go, Hasbro's Ark is surprisingly nice and I just wasn't that pleased with the looks of Sideshow's. I do hope for those that ordered the exclusive that the production Ark winds up looking better.

I think I am going to keep the Ex. Thought of dropping it for the regular and picking up the Hasbro Ark, but they are going for 60-100 bucks on the "bay". Might as well keep the Ex. I guess.

i'm seriosuly deciding whether to cancel mine or not. I'm not that interested in Toht himself (I know I know... lol, but I'm in the boat of "only picking the most iconic characters, from the most iconic films" to collect... and that means not getting half a dozen people from any one film. He's a cool character, and this looks like a good version.. but I was mainly getting this for the ark. Which didn't wow me too much going by the photos.

I have Indy and the idol chamber (and the environment I'm sculpting), so I don't really think I need anything else from the Raiders films. (i was looking forward to having 2 displays.. Indy and the idol chamber... and the ark by itself.... but with money tight, I might have to cancel this and just go with the idol/indy display.

(i've got Vader on order, and I just ordered the Joker DX as I never got round to getting any batman stuff.. and I WANT a Ledger joker. ) so with money tight... I have to pull back

I think so. Thankfully I had points that I used on the reg and the other items I want to get are coming from BBTS and won't cost me anything but my store credit.

Cancelled the exclusive months ago, mostly for financial reasons but also because I didn't have a lotta faith that they'd fix the ark. Will wait and see what the in-hand reports are like before I make my final decision on the regular - since SS treat their international orders like after-thoughts, I will still have the chance to see the US pics before they even bother to change my status from "processing".

Just let this go, German Indy and a few Star Wars orders as well. Almost called quits on HT Hellboy and Abe but we will see if they get delayed. Just wasn't feeling confident in this one, soo if it comes out good (i.e. movie accurate costume) I'll go back and pick it up. Not really all the concerned about the Ark anymore. Indy may just be a stand alone piece for me.

That's for sure! I can't think of much else that could happen on this site that would shock me to my core other than Wor-Gar canceling this figure!

Still no notice... and NO CANCELLING, that's for sure. The space-time continuum would obliterate all life as we know it.

But can you imagine if by some crazy mishap I did not get my TOHT!

So is it that the exclusive Toht has not shipped notices, only the reg Toht?

If that's the case, then maybe the 'adjustment' to the ARK is what's holding the exclusive up. Which would be a good thing, right?

I thought my notice was for the exclusive but it may have been for the regular. Either way I have both coming.
