Tomb Raider / Lara Croft: The Quest for Avalon statue by Weta Workshop

Looks like Weta is doing another big scale statue of Tomb Raider (they did that amazing Raptor one recently), this time featuring some sharks. It is only been announced and will go up for preorder at a later stage this year (with paint of course)

The Lost Valley one was pretty cool (albeit expensive and big), and honestly the sharks may be the ones that convince me to get this one.

As a historian, the title of this statue is weird to me, why would Lara Croft be diving with sharks in the Mediterranean to search for Avalon - a mythical lake-island in Britain from Arthurian Mythology? [Often identified as Glastonbury Tor back when it was an island]

I think they meant Atlantis but someone somewhere got confused and put down the wrong name.

I think you need to play Underworld

I had no idea they were working on an Underworld statue. It looks like it was announced late last year? I'm guessing pre-order's are most likely sold out now.
Odd that I missed it, I would might have ordered this one. Or did I miss it? Has it gone up for PO already? Sorry, I have the memory of a 190 year old these days.
I was recently playing Underworld on PC and surprised at how nice it actually still looks. Gameplay/controls are a bit hit & miss though. lol
