My top three:

1. Hulk - akin to Michaelangelo's David in terms of dynamic pose and deceiving simplicity

2. Cap Exclusive- Most bang for my buck as far as the features go.

3. Doom - Exquisite in every way. But I never liked the head. Byrne's Doom is the Doom of my mind's eye and the head of SS's Doom doesn't measure up to me.

wolverine pf is very under rated, yes the head is a bit big but some how that makes it work over all, also you can pose the arms, great feature.
