Where did you find this info at Bagles? Even the HT site doesn't list edition sizes.

And hopefully you can find a Jungle... he's definitely the coolest one they've released so far.

I found a blog (i'll try and find the link again) run by a friend of people at Winson Creation that listed the official sizes. They also have it posted over at Toys2.

Yeah, i'm trying to track down Jungle as we speak. So badass. I think i've seen more of your pics on here, not sure though. Do you have more available of yours?

Oh, and how badass would it be to have these stands made?

Cool, I checked the winsoncreation website, and they do have the special version listed as 400 pieces, but no numbers for the regular orange.

I actually prefer the orange, just as he'll match up more with the first two figures. And of course I really don't want to drop and extra $100-150 to get the exclusive.

Yeah I agree. I liked the black at first, but since the others are orange and somewhat affordable, i'll stick with that. Black and orange are my favorite color schemes anyway.

To go with the pic I posted above, here is Dr X on a custom stand too. Do you know if they ever made Dr X available to the public? I'd like to see him soon.

I think that is a proto of him... the fur trim is different than mine.

No not yet... there 3 or so other figures that were made as prototypes that haven't been released yet. And on the website a lot of other characters developed for the story. I imagine he'd be likely as the next figure... unless of course they make Adam in a Spacesuit.

And in case you're interested there is also a vinyl figure of Adam... I'm not usually into these, but I thought it was cool.

I like this series. Anyone here from Australia? LOL
I wanna find a local seller.

I'm in Melbourne, You are better off buying everything from a Hong Kong seller or sideshow (I get most of my stuff from them), it ends up being cheaper than retailer in Australia. Because retailers down here don't get that much of a wholesale discount and thus jack up the prices. Buy overseas as it ends up being cheaper in the long run!

Adam in Spacesuit was released I think in 2007. I saw a blog and the lucky guy was able to get one I can't remember if the run was 50 or 100 pieces. Winson has a display at Bauhaus and has all the characters done in black along with the Adam in spacesuit for the Tough Jeans campaign maybe we'll see a re-release of him.

Compared to the HT Appleseed Briareos wich has the same price, you guys get very good value for the money! Those Apes are better equipped and more limited too! Very nice!

This is all I've ever been able to find out about that version:

Finally, there will apparently be both a limited hand-made series of Adam figures and a one-of-a-kind Adam for auction. Both of these are the ape-ified versions of Winson's excellent AM 40/40 piece.

But if you have more info that'd be great... and I do hope that there is a regular release of the space suit as it is pretty awesome :rock

Yeah, that sounds right. I tried looking up what I came across back then but it seems to not be indexed anymore. The Spacesuit started my venture into collecting Winson Ma and Kenny Wong something different in the 1/6 scale that looks really unique. Not to mention the attention to detail.

Yeah, the detail on them is sick... I have the Jungle, T-Rex and Firespecter figures. All of them are top notch and really some of the best examples of 1/6 figures I've ever seen.

I'm on the Hunt for the Jungle the prices have been a bit high for my taste not to mention all the other things I was buying during that time. When it first came out I was in sticker shock now I regret not buying him. I have T-Rex in both versions and the Firespecter.

I got lucky and found a guy overseas who was willing to sell Jungle at the original retail. Although at first I was worried he might rip me off, but luckily the guy came through.

Thats a lot of green, although isn't HLJ always kind of high?

No, not really... at least as far as I know. They always have the same price as Hobby Search on pre-orders and such, so I don't think they are any higher than the average. Some of the retail stores in Japan might be lower, but then, you can't mail order from them! :D

Well, thats still an insane price :google And definitely glad I don't have to pay that much :lol

When they had DIG up, the prices were similar. I think the problem is they have to get them from Blister Direct which adds a "layer" of cost to them for the Japanese market.

Well and sometimes the Japanese and HK figures are cheaper here than in their native countries. I remember when I was there you could buy Kaiyodo Fist of the NorthStar figures for around $10 at US comic shops, but in all the Japanese shops they were closer to $20. I saw that with a number of properties and thought it was kind of odd.
