The Spear Gun is pretty cool. Not a huge fan of the base though. It's a cool idea to use the symbol... just for something else. I would've liked to see something more industrial/functional for a base. I'd also be much happier with it if the Spear Gun was removable. I plan to remove the Spear Gun eventually when I have some time available.

Break... or mod? I'm not sure yet I haven't really been able to sit down and look it over that closely yet. I'm sure some cutting, sanding, and paint will be involved. I never bought it with the intention of keeping the base. The light is good, it gives the emblem a nice warm glow. It has 2 separate LEDs with independent battery packs on the base operated by a push button on the base back.

I just saw the cowl @ a local store in Aus for $989!
Glad I ordered mine through SS with discount shipping & reward points.
It looked real nice, hope this means SS will have them soon.

I just find it so weird how the cowl has popped up in other countries like Indonesia and now Australia, but still no release in the US.

Last time I talked to George from CM, he said August release in US, but damn August is ending.

I honestly hate how flaky they are getting.
This is freaking' ridiculous honestly.

When I talked to George at SDCC, he said August, now it's freakin' September and it's still not out, yet it's out in other countries like Australia and Indonesia already... WTF ?

I dont think it`s already out in some other countrys. I cant find some pics of the cowl...or nobody want too buy it
