Please did anyone order from www.toyrocket.com? How are they? A good friend of mine wants to buy the Back to the Future Flux Capacitor replica from them and we'd like to know if they are ok. Thanks

They ship fast but don't expect items to come in perfect condition especially the box. If you don't care about the box then order away. If you do then stay away.

I ordered a statue from them, I'm over in Canada. It arrived reasonably quickly and was in fine condition.

They overcharged me once and it was a hell of time getting them to reverse the charges but it was more because they aren't good at responding to emails or answering the phone. Once I got them on the phone and explained it to them very clearly, they were very reasonable. Overall, not the most professional at what they do, but they seem to be trustworthy and honest.

I was just looking at a thread at Spawn.com about Toyrocket - the majority of the respondees there had decidedly negative things to say about them.

I purchased or won items from them on ebay. Shipping was pretty fast and the items arrived safe. Tho it was Street Fighter figures, 10 of them in a big box it was not damaged it was nicely packed. Right now I'm waiting for 3 more figures from them, so you can say I'm a returning customer.

Maybe they are not SS, or Razor's or BBTS, and maybe they are lacking at replying to the emails, but hopefully I'll get my item fast and in good condition.
