Who cares, bootlegs are an inherent part of this hobby. As long as it's not clashing with any figure a massed produced company is making, or is just a recast of another person's work, then I couldn't care less. This is the best DOFP Magneto figure we've seen so far.

One funny thing is that Hot Toys started out doing bootlegs of figures like Neo from the Matrix. And SSC has used actors' likenesses without permission. There's a murky gray area of inappropriateness out there, particularly in instances where companies want to pay for rights, but actors or license holders aren't interested. But to each their own.
