They never look out your mails and respond them i strongly believe they do not even read them
They never send your item in time and if you pre order one year ago and the item released they have tons of excuses and cancel that item and does not want to refund your money and offer store credit only

I can directly say all the collectors around the world they are thieves and extortion our money and patience with their lack of service
You might be lucky to have one or two times receiving a product from them but this does not change how despicable they are !

I got his doozy yesterday...

I started getting promotional mails from them again the other day, promoting newly released figures that can ship now.
Crazy that they are still trying to sell to existing customers that have openly told them that we are claiming money back from them through credit cards/PayPal... braindead.

I now reply to all mails from them asking where are my orders and inform them that I have claims open against them, still no replies to any of those.

What kills me is that it takes days, if not weeks, for them to respond to emails, and that's if they even respond. And, if they do respond, it's a generic message that is not responding to your specific query.

Why does it take more than 24 hours for you to copy/paste one of your three different responses?

TW can’t be bothered to give a flat out answer anyways @SwedishHeat as their too busy stealing everyone’s money and running away with it and their CS is outright nonexistent to deal with any issues that is about to come their way.

Seriously…

Fourth time now after I requested to be off their solicitation email (goes directly into my email trash bin after I get it).

These dirtbags are desperate for more money to keep their scum tactics alive and well after they burnt a fair chunk of us.

Just seen a guy on Reddit receive his Hot Toys Cable order after waiting 461 days, maybe they actually are starting to ship things now?
Not holding out much hope but would be pleasantly surprised if I get any of the figure I purchased.

On Big Breda's live streams they've talked about Hot Toys prices falling in general. So the longer Toys Wonderland delay fulfilling orders the more chance they have of obtaining figures at cheaper prices.

In other cases they probably can't obtain the figures at all, because they oversold their pre-orders with no guarantee of being able to source the stock. They even had pre-orders for figures that the producers said they wouldn't supply, as they wanted nothing to do with TW.

as long there is a glimpse of hope, there is hope.

Again not wanting to build people's hopes up, but seen a few other people posting on Facebook groups today saying that their InArt Gandalf has been shipped, they look to be real shipments and not fake tracking numbers like previously.

They sent me another email about my Delorean saying they shipped it, but it was returned to them by the courier for more information, they're saying they shipped it again. I asked them for a tracking number.

I believe I read that someone else received a similar email. This is a new email to me, and not a copy/paste of something from before. My hopes have been slightly raised, but they were at a 0 before, and now about a 5 ... the scale goes up to 100. :p

To my surprise I actually got an Email early this morning from TW to say that my Gandalf has shipped, I then got one from DHL with tracking information saying it is due for delivery on Monday the 12th 😮

That is exactly what happened with me back in December, means you've hit lucky and they have actually shipped it out, glad to hear they are finally shipping some orders.

So what the heck is going on here??

I thought TW/CS didn’t even pay the invoice for InArt’s products based on what @Kit Chen has mentioned in the now scrubbed TW thread, and now it’s actually moving for those members here that pre-ordered it (via DHL).

Edit: Is it worth reminding TW (for the third time) that they still owe me a copy of Wandavision Liz Olsen?

Worth a try, I still message them every day asking them to ship my orders but I very rarely get a reply.

This email was sent to me today:

"I hope this email finds you and your loved ones in great health and spirits. Thank you very much for your email and patience.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your message. Your order no: ******* has been dispatched from our warehouse. However, we encountered a request for additional documentation from the courier, which has been provided. We expect the shipment to be released and to commence its journey to you by the start of Mid Of February.

I deeply regret any inconvenience this delay and the late communication may have caused you. Please be assured that we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction and are working diligently to ensure you receive your order as promptly as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and support."

I dont believe i will get anything, its the first response since two months. The ******** that it needs additional information on shipping doesnt make any sense.

Ah, that's the same one I got, so it is a generic message.

Oh well, expectations back down to zero.
