:lol :lol :lol

Why the hell was OP riding Grimlock? :lol Ridiculous.

That was Grimlock?! :dunno :slap

I think the trailer was ok, are they stating over? New origin story? They should marky mark is way better than that little prick he brought those movies down IMO, I will go see it.

Trailer sucked same **** different actors.

I'll be honest. I really enjoyed the first film in the cinema and still enjoy watching it now and then. ROTF was terrible (everything about it was a mess) and DOTM was OK in parts but overall was still quite bad.

With the news of a 'rebooted' story and characters I thought there might be some hope for AOE but this Super Bowl spot makes the film look like another ROTF in the making. Worst trailer of the four films too.

The SB Transformers trailers are usually pretty fun to watch and build up some hype. This one was very poorly put together.
Yet, based on the link above, it was the most memorable trailer among males who saw the Superbowl. . .which doesn't surprise me, but is still a terribly sad thing.

The survey included The Winter Soldier

Anticipation results: Transformers > The Amazing Spider-Man 2 > The Winter Soldier > Noah > Robocop

Most effective trailer results: Amazing Spider-Man 2 > Transformers > The Winter Soldier

Most memorable trailer: Amazing Spider-Man 2 > Transformers > The Winter Soldier

The survey included The Winter Soldier

Read it again. :)

The survey specifically said that on *Friday* (two days before the Super Bowl) that fans were more eager to see Transformers than CA:TWS but of the ads that actually aired during the Super Bowl broadcast (in which Winter Soldier technically did not) that TF and ASM were on top. I'm saying that regardless of what people were excited about on Friday TWS blew away TF on the actual game day. But TWS was technically pregame so TF won by default. ;)

So will Grimlock and the other new bots get more than 2 minutes of screen time, or do they get one cool scene and become a blur the rest of the film.

Despite what critics say, I have a hunch TF will do better than both Spidey and Cap domestically and internationally. Let's face it, TF has both a loyal and rabid fan base! :lecture

I don't know about domestically, but globally it for sure will. The Asian market is big now (China specifically), and they go ****ing ape**** for robots.
