I LOVED the first one, especially the last 40 minutes or so.

That said, this one was AWFUL on so many levels. How in the hell did this script get approved?

Here we go:

-The college chick Transformer?!?!?! WTF!??!! A wannabe T-X and the tongue...God.

-Oompa Loompa guy and them saying we're from NYC so he lets them pass...WTF!?!?

-All the gay references...WTF?!?!

-The Mom - was ok at first but after a while...WTF?!?!

-all the little Decepticons, acting silly all the time...WTF?? And I thought the one from part 1 was bad....jesus.

-CGI was downright awful at times, everything looked so real in part 1 but it seemed the B Team worked on a lot of part 2.

-The Prime Brotherhood?!?! LMAO

-The Fallen - Oh God...don't even know where to begin with this one.

-the two cars acting like gangsta' black people...LMAO WTF?!?! So stupid...


- Soundwave - Why the hell not use his badass original voice??!?!? In polls, that was the number 1 request from fans.
He was not even in it that much but still....

- Devastator acting like a big dog?!?! and one of the twins escapes him? LOL Come on.

- the Transformer balls - WTF?!?

Overall, I hated it.

Plus, there were so many forced jokes I could never get into the movie or take it serious.

This is as bad as Indy IV for me....maybe worse.

Oh no I loved the first one to death (as you all know ) but the things that I didn't like about it (John Torturro, dog peeing on the Transformer, etc etc) sound like they've been amplified in this one. Don't get me wrong, I'm still seeing it in IMAX tonight (couldn't make the midnight show last night - motherhood really does a number on my will to stay up after 11 PM and watch a 2 1/2 hour movie!). I'll enjoy some of it I'm sure (I just can't wait to see the record-breaking explosion - ah, Michael Bay), but now at least I know what to expect. Why do all the films that could be great have to have dumb sex and fart jokes lately? I guess that's what 'the kids' want?

Dusty, IMAX is the only way to go!

That is how I will be seeing this film as well!

I do not like what I am seeing and hearing thus far, It seems that fans are not enjoying this one. NOT A GOOD SIGN! Although, I LOVED Indy 4 and I hear most did not.

I just got back from seeing this and I did enjoy the first one but I did not care for this one at all and was dissapointed because I had high hopes for this. It seems as if they rushed the script because of the writers strike which is a shame. You should have a good time seeing this and I am not bashing it by any means because everyone has their own opinion and some may love it but it just did not do the same for me the first one did.

Also, I think they did use the original Soundwave voice actor.

OK, I totally appreciate where people are coming from - I liked it more than some here, but I had ZERO expectations, really

The humor was more of the 'toilet bowl' variety this time around, but there was a lot of good stuff...the relations with Megatron/Starscream was good, parents were funny (mostly - but were in it waaayyyyyy too much), but I get a lot of the hate.

Right around the time the Sr71 shows up, the movie came to a SCREECHING halt, but picked up...that 20 min scene was too long for me

Way too long. Was there any editing in this movie? It could have been cut by 40mins at least. Did we really need to see Shia's parents eat snails? The first film was better than this with a tighter story and better character development. Character development in both films, is the biggest sin, this movie especially.
I think only 20% was dedicated to the Transformers themselves, when they are fighting you don't really care as you don't know who they are. Here's an idea if you are going to make a movie called Transformers, make it about the Transformers, because when they had dialogue together the film came alive, Oh and let the Autobots and not the US Army fight the Decepticons
