I hated how Bee sounded like an old British guy anyway. To me Bee should be around (maturity wise) the same age as Sam, thus bringing their characters that much closer.

I enjoyed it, but I didn't think it was as good as the first one. Granted, some people will jump all over this comment because it's a Bay film, but say what you will, there was more character exploration in the first one, which I liked, in this one, it was like, ok, you know everyone, let's just throw them in action now. I know Bay films aren't character films, but I think TF1 was more a character film than TF2 and I'd have enjoyed it much more if the sequel had been on par with the first in that regard. Fights were much cooler this time around though, and I was very excited to see Optimus take center stage, he'll always be my favorite and I wasn't a fan of how much attention Bee got in the first.

The only other dissappointment for me was the lack of non-robot action with the autobots. One of my favorite scenes in TF1 was the chase between Bee and Barricade, but this time around they didn't have any cool scenes with them in vehicle mode.

Last negative comment, not a fan of the autobot/human heaven thing, I think that gets a little hairy and should have been left out or written differently.

I'll agree with that. Considering these are movies based on a children's toyline, it's a miracle they're as good as they are.

There's more of it, but try not to let that cloud your mind. There isn't a single sequence/shot in this that's as cool as the decepticon/prime highway 'skating' sequence, or the shot(s) of ironhide dodging missiles and transforming in slow mo over that screaming chick.

I thought the best part here was the forest fight, and even that didn't yield any really inspiring shots.

Go recharge your batteries, Mikey, I'll glady buy another ticket for Transformers 3 in 2012.

For everyone who keeps asking why there's a female Terminator in the movie, she's a Pretender. I'm suprised they threw in something obscure like that, but it was those geeky nods to the fans that I loved the most about this movie.

THANK YOU!!! Those that complained about her are obviously not fans of the cartoon. I think it's awesome that Bay would go that deep as to throw a Pretender into the mix!

I'll also agree with this. From what I was hearing, I was expecting exciting action pieces every five minutes, but it just wasn't like that. There wasn't anything nearly as memorable as the downtown fight, or Bumblebee/Barricade chase from the first movie.

Who's second in command in the autobots? Seems like the autobots just did what they needed to do when Prime died unlike the decepticons they waited until Megatron gave them orders.

Since Jazz died in the first movie I know he was 2nd in command but I remember Prime called Ironhide Specialist Ironhide. But in the 1st movie he did take charge but in the new one it seems like they were lost and just followed what the humans did.

I distinctly remember thinking Prime could use some help right now, during the forest scene.

And of course Bumblebee is all over the place, sometimes he's with Sam, other times he busts through with the autobots. There's no sense of communication between the 'team'.

I don't think the silver corvette guy even says anything other than some snazzy catchphrase after offing a baddie in the beginning.

This was less of an issue in film one where they were most times all geographically at the same place.

I was hoping to see Jetfire given a new body. At the end on the carrier having somehow him transform into a new position. It'd be the only way to see a Robotech Valkyre on screen.

I loved the movie but I could have done without the twins. Other than comic relief they didn't really do anything other than call each other b i t ches and called other people pussies. Bay should have just added another productive member to the team or at the very least he could have given Jolt an actual speaking role. Oh and I didn't need to see Torturo's "(sp?) ass either hahahaha
