I couldn't find anything posted about this. Triad rolled out a new website design, and under the products section they list the M|X line. As described in the link, the MX line will be...

1/4 scale, 18-inch tall, collectible statues with highly detailed sculptures, clothing and accessories. With a mix of polystone bodies, ultra-realistic clothing, faux-fur hair and wigs, acrylic glass displays and even modular and moveable parts, the M|X Format is your ultimate collectible product. Every figure is hand painted and hand finished to ensure the highest quality possible.

It will be interesting to see what they announce in this line. At the rate they produce product though, they will release one MX every two years.

They haven't even shown anything from products they announced early last year yet they're announcing even more stuff!? :lol :duh

Triad has a history of not being able to keep up with what they put out. I wouldn't get excited about this even remotely until they start delivering the bodies they announced, what, 2, 3 years ago now?

And I agree, wheres House or Dexter?

What a joke.

Triad can't release a simple nude bodies after 2+ years. That says it all. They announced a Lone Wolf and Cub licence a year ago with nothing to show to date (not really something I would ever buy, but I was curious what they would do with a famous series).

Why did these absolute putzes get their hands on the House and Dexter licences? Worse I fear their 'stylised' anime mindset f*@king up what should be straight-forward characters to do. Especially given how hypersexualised their female characters tend to be, I shudder at what they would do with Deb, Dex's sister or Dr. Cameron.

i take it you don't actually own anything from triad? :p

they've released quite a few figures already and the licensed ones like josh randall, taki and the champloo figures are really awesome. my favorite so far is still their lola figure and second would be the champloo figures. they kick medicom's butt and i thought medicom does some nice anime figures. :D

their likenesses are really good and that steve mcqueen is a good example. just cause you dont like hot women doesnt mean the rest of us cant :lol

Gee I would own their EVA body I have had on order, oh wait, that is the basic, non-licence figure that is 'so complicated' they still can't get it right after what three years development. :duh

So granted they have one accurate non-anime license. When they show me a House that looks like Hugh Laurie I will believe. Until then I live in mortal terror of the Medicom-style anime treatment for the House and Dexter licences.

I'm sorry but their female figures are just ho-bags. :monkey5 The apotheosis (thank you Sewer Urchin on The Tick for teaching me the perfect 'big word' for this situation) of can't-get-a-date-and-never-will comicbook guy lust. If I saw those in a guy's flat...well let's liken respect to a balloon...*pop*.

I feel confident to say I speak for many women on this matter. :lecture

haha. so you don't have a preorder for the eva body but you're upset that it's not out? :lol

and you're upset because they can do anime heads so House and Dexter might look like anime figures if and when it comes out? :lol

and you're upset that ghost and barb wire figures look like comic book characters? :lol

i sense that you have beef for beef's sake. i'm a vegetarian by the way. :lol

OK, perhaps I dislike them because they can't get their act together with the one thing I really want, a realistic 1:6 female body that I have been waiting along, long time for in order to do various customs.

And yet while I wait patiently they manage to release their Tits & Arse, Queen of Mars figure.

haha. i hear ya sp. but isn't dejah a t&a figure to begin with? every picture i see of her she has huge honkers and walking around barechested :lol

Ha! I had their EVO body on pre-order for over a year and I finally just cancelled it because I got tired of waiting for them to get their **** together.

im a super huge dexter fan and i found out they're making a dexter figure lets hope it actually comes out this year. :(

I stopped paying attention to Triad after their Cleric figure turned out to be dog poop. the quality sucked, tailoring sucked, paint sucked, customer service sucked even more. bye triad.

Glad I read this. I was contemplating the Ghost figure then i saw the barb wire figure and it was the same exact dead in the eyes face (except different hair). the GALL!

I'm guessing it will at least be a year from the time they finally show House til we get him if at all, so I just bashed two of my own, using Serang's head, and just waiting for the S6 head from him now.

He's an easy custom to make, and even the motorcycle was only $25.
