I recently bought this off someone off this message board. I was told he was completely mint condition. I got him today and his right arm (the lollipop arm) is really loose, doesn't even stay up when he is not holding the lollipop. My question is, are these like that? Or should the right arm be posable? I'm assuming it should be posable. Kinda don't know what to think and wanted to get your opinions before I keep or return it. Thanks in advance.

Same here, mine won't hold the lollipop up without some help. To be honest though, I've never tried until just now. I try to pose mine like the cover art for the movie. I think the only time I've seen him holding the lollipop up was when he was using it as a weapon...

Too bad they made the lollipop go in his right hand and not his left or you could really achieve the poster look. Thanks for replying though guys. You've convinced me to keep this piece. :hi5:

Movie was awesome, sorry you have bad taste. And I'll have to check mine, don't remember it being loose like that.

Mine isn't real loose but he can't hold the lollipop up at all. Seems like thats the way most are.

I got this a few years ago, it's one of most anticipated pieces that I want to display whenever we move from our town home to a house this year.

I love this movie, it makes it to the top 5 on my list to watch every Halloween.

Sorry I don't have more to add on the left loli-pop arm posing.

OK guys, I am gonna share a trick with you. It works for smaller action figures, but I am not sure if it will help the gigantic figures or not. Has anyone heard of the Krazy/Super glue build up method? What you do, is you place a small amount of said glue around the movable piece. DO NOT LET IT DRY. Keep moving the piece back and forth until the glue has dried. Repeat the process until you see the arm begin to become stiffer as you raise and lower it. Problem solved. It takes a while for the thin layers of glue, evenly dispersed by the movement of the joint in question to build up, but it has always worked on loose jointed figures in 1/6 scale that I have had, and even in 1/12. Sam's an expensive piece, and you may not want to risk it unless it really bothers you. But it works. Try it out an an old 1/6 scale figure you may have in a trash pile for some practice.
