Quorra struck me as a very out of place character. Whereas Yori in the original was very cold and rigid, Quorra has a smirk on her face and bounce the whole time. Not sure if thats the actress or the character. Will be interesting to see whats kind of "program" she is. Certainly not a military application program like Yori.

I am guessing (from her demeanor, and from the fact that she knew how to shake hands) that she spent a lot of time with Kevin and learned about the ways of the real world.

Er... it's called marketing...
if anything people have been waiting for more Tron for almost 30 years... and they've been doing a lot of marketing since 2008....
and from what I saw last night, it's been worth it!!

I wouldn't call 30 people showing up for Tron Night as hype

Yeah I was surprised, @ my IMAX theater there were only about 100 people... but still rocking it!

i didn't think they showed all that much more than was already shown in commercials.

the only thing i thought was really spoiled was

how Sam defeated his first disc duel opponent and his reaction when he won and said "get me out of here" which is funny because if i remember rumors when shooting first began its like an evolving tournament of at least 16 programs.

that scene is odd. but i think i "get" it. flynn must be so battlehardened that he has the emotion in him, but knows he has to send his son to battle.
