"Scars Part II" is actually counted as Episode 9.

The "first" episode "Beck's Beginning" is actually Episode 0. It's a prologue episode and Episode 1 ends up being "The Renegade Part I".

I've already downloaded every episode in 1080p from the Playstation Store so I don't have to wait for the Bluray to enjoy the episodes how they should be seen.(without commercials and all the logos/ads all over the screen)
I will still get the Bluray if it is ever released to have the bonus content (behind the scenes and such)to enjoy.

TRON UPRISING SOUNDTRACK ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!

Hot on the heels of the exciting news regarding TRON 3's development, a soundtrack for the TRON: UPRISING animated series has now been officially announced!

It will consist of 20 tracks from the series, as composed by Joe Trapanese. Trapanese collaborated with Daft Punk on their fantastic TRON: LEGACY soundtrack, and then went on to infuse his own incredible music style in creating the soundtrack for the world of TRON: UPRISING.

The album will be available on January 8, 2013 via Amazon.com's MP3 music downloads -- and will come with a digital booklet PDF.

I absolutely love the music in Uprising and have been wanting a soundtrack since the first few episodes aired and saw how Trapanese expanded so wonderfully on what Daft Punk created.

I'm unsure about an actual release on disc, whether it be DVD or BluRay. If you take into consideration that Disney's most popular animated series which is "Phineas and Ferb" has yet to see any full seasons released to disc and the show is into 4 seasons. They did release 2 or 3 dvds that had "select" episodes from season 1 but not all.

As much as we would like to see this animated show on Disc, it might not be in the cards.
The only option, which isn't so bad, is to download the high definition episodes online from either iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, Xbox Marketplace or Playstation Store. They are definitely worth it!

It doesn't sound promising that we'll get a DVD release according to what you said unfortunately. Such an awesome show from what I've seen so far.
I really like the animation style!

I might have to get it from iTunes once the season has come to an end.

Nice episode they could go on a number of ways depending on if this show will get renewed or not. If it does not get renewed then I would hope for a real conclusion the demise of Tron, Paige falling for Beck only to discover he is Tron, the deception of Tesler is exposed , Beck being outed to this friends that he is the new Tron, Tron having to face his old protégé, and to make it more adult killing Beck at the hands of Tron.
