I've always disliked Tara the character, but I really like the actress. Hopefully they can make her less pitiful and self-hating and give her something interesting to do. But Jason is still the best - he's hilarious in his stupidity. I loved his arc last season and hopefully they'll use him well this time too.

Sadly Dave, I think Tara is going to just be another whiny ass victim again this season.

I find Anna Paquin incredibly sexy.I think it's the accent/gap combo.She is pretty,yet real,and she doesn't seem plastic like alot of actresses out there.

Finally watched it today, solid season opener. Glad to see Jessica a lot in it, Deborah Ann Woll is so f'n hot Need more Jessica!!!! Lots more. HOT!

Agree 100% with most of the comments on Tara. I HATE her character, have since season one and now she is just intolerable. If not for Lafayette in her scenes I would probably just fast forward through them. I just cant stand her at all.

Like the stories they are setting up for the season. Looks like a lot if gonna be going on

Tonight's episode was great! Lots going on.....and I think next episode Eric might just get a taste of Sookie's blood after his fight with the werewolf.

Northram and Godric as Nazis=Crazy awesome.Also,Terry was hilarious with his list of "10 reasons why you should trust me with your kids."Jason was great as he's ever been in this one,and I can't wait to see what happened between Eric,Sookie,and the Werewolf who strangely resembles Rob Zombie.

So in the teaser for next weeks episode it showed Eric on the floor being mauled by the werewolf...how can that be? Bill took out like 8 werewolves by himself without getting hurt! Eric has like 1800 years on Bill doesnt he? How can Eric have any issues with one werewolf??

Good point - my only guesses are 1) Bill was out to just kill where I think Eric may have been trying to not kill right away and get some answers from the werewolf or 2) Eric is playing Sookie - trying to make it seem like he risked his life to protect her to win some points and get to drink her blood. We all know by now that there is something "special" about her and he's been dying to have a taste. If he made it look too easy, Sookie would hardly be impressed.
