Good episode last night. I'm going to have to reread the book because I am pretty sure that
Eric does not kill Sookie's fairy godmother in the book - which makes me wonder how they might change some of the scenes in the later books.

I'm really loving this new side of Eric. Just as I pictured him when reading the books. :)

Don't like what they did to Eric. Lets can a cool and cunning character and give him the mind of a 8 year old. Ok.

Season has been meh so far.

You need to read the books - and his memory loss is only temporary. This temporary new side of Eric is necessary for what happens down the road.

I watched last night for the first time in a while waiting for Curb to begin and I gotta say this show is ridiculously stupid now imo.

The memory loss, and the amount of fairy tail creatures is just overboard. I was interested in season one, the way they took a political approach to vampires.

Now theres Panther people, fairies, witches, werewolves, other animal people, everyones gay or bi-curious, and all the storylines still go nowhere. I think stopping after Season 2 was the right move.

I have to agree. This show is getting kinda goofy.

I have to admit I'm not really into this season so far. How many characters have been held against their will in this series so far? 5? 6?

Getting too romance novelly for me. I know that element has always been there, but this season it's full on Fabio as a pirate on the cover of the book romance novelly. The only part of the show I'm really enjoying is Lafayette. How much longer are we gonna have to deal with these stupid panther people, and Sam's white trash family?

Naw. Russell made seaon 3. When he ripped out the anchors spine that was awesome. So was Bill twisting whatshernames head around and angry ____ her! Nothing like those scenes so far in this season.

i agree russell was great

Well about half way through the season now and the necromancer stuff is starting to roll. I'm liking all of the story lines pretty much except Sam's brother. It's getting a little boring watching Tommy screw up Sam's life again and again.

Agreed on that one. There is always at least one storyline per season that I just fastforward through.

And I'll say it....Sookie == Slut LoL

So far my problem is that there is not one story going on. There are 10. Instead of a coherant hour long tv show every week, I feel like I am cutting between a bunch of different 5 minute tv shows.
