Nice, man. You get some real nice subtle color in the skin tones. I'd suggest starting a little darker on your first layer of paint for the pupils and also going overtop of the red parts of the eyelids with your base skin paint mixed with a little white.

chears the skin tones are getting about where i want them, but i agree the eyes need some tweaks.they look worse blown up in the pics.
