That's the problem. The UFC offered Fedor everything he was originally asking for when they bought PRIDE FC and first negoitiated with Fedor's management. Back then the UFC wouldn't budge on the side-competition (sambo). NOW.. the UFC doesn't care and agreed to it. The UFC agreed to everything Fedor originally wanted but then all of a sudden M-1 Global throws out that they want co-promotion and 50% of the profits. Complete BS. They originally used the excuse about Fedor competiting in Sambo being the hurdle between Fedor and fighting in the UFC. Once that excuse was no longer viable it became co-promotion.
It's essentially ANYTHING to avoid fighting in the UFC. And I'm still amazed that Fedor can say with a straight face:

I can't find the UFC countdown, can someone explain it a little better plzzzz. TY
still cant find it either, i gave up. UFC's site is a hot mess when trying to find ^^^^. I'll just watch it on TV in 2 hours.
