Im glad Mike Brown got his win, as well as Faber. I have to say everytime I see Ben fight he looks to be improving. Personally I thought Ben was losing to Varner, but then pulled off the Guillotine to solidify any naysayers ya know. Im happy for the dude.

As for UFC tonight should be some decent fights.

I might be wrong but I believe all three judges scored the first 2 rounds 10-9 for Varner. So you weren't alone.

I thought that event was...interesting... I'm somewhat disappointed by Simpson's performance. I really thought he was going to be something special. Maybe I overestimated him, or maybe I underestimated Lawlor.

Nate was frustrated as hell. Gray kept slipping his jab and he couldnt get it to the ground. Only reason Nate didnt get knocked out in the first was his reach advantage.

And I dont see how it was a split decision either.

God, I just wanna see Diaz get KO'd so bad, He obvious lost the first 2 rounds. I expected a lot more form Gray, one thing i noticed is Gray had no head movement. He needed to get in and out with his strikes, he just stood in their and took it. Diaz has NOOOOOOOO power, defn not a split decision. I think Faber could KO Diaz even with the reach and 10lbs

Last night was bad ass. UFC ring girls in person = amazing. UFC in person = amazing, a must see. (I feel that's the proper order to put those in).

Rashad Evans was standing by my seat for half a round, then took his seat about 40 feet away from ours. Same with Randy Couture. Rashad is a much bigger dude in person than I expected.

I took a few pics with my iphone camera, but it doesn't do the event or our seats justice. We were actually much closer than the picture looks.

I say the same thing, anyone who hasnt been to a live event you gotta go. Its one thing to see it on PPV, but to be there live and experience the energy of a full fledged live event its so awesome. Also just to see the octagon when the lights are shining on it and such, its an awesome sight.

Anyone catch that BS Rogan was talking about when he interviewed Randy about his fight with Coleman being for a title shot. What a joke neither of these guys should be anywhere near a title shot.
