Pretty Sure he KO'd Din Thomas...a huge knee that dropped him and one more shot on the button to seal the deal...may have been recorded as TKO...but in my eyes the knee was a KO

He does have elastic legs though. That would frustrate me the most trying to take him down. You either have to pick him totally up or charge at him and have strong legs like GSP.

if we are talking strictly LW's with KO power, i'd say both Joe Lauzon and Maynard have KO power (imo).

:lol Thanks, but I don't need the links, i've been watching UFC for years.

Just an opinion I have of the LW heavy hands, I think these guys can evolve to KO artists.

and your years of watching lead you to believe these 2 have KO power? You must have really been impressed by there 2 pure combined KO's :lol

Tyson Griffin finally finished a fight with that Brazilian with the green hair, can't think of his name right now.

edit: Hermes Franca

I would have to disagree with you about Maynard. He never tries to stand up for a whole fight and he did that against Diaz with the intention of trying to KO him but never even came close really. Before, we were talking about guys who have a track record of KO'ing guys. A lot of guys have KO power, but it doesnt mean they get KO's. Nobody in LW division is anything like Rampage, A. Silva, Liddell, Henderson, etc, etc, but i would say BJ prolly has more TKO's then anyone in that division, but i guess most people see things different on the matter

What about Sean "The Muscle Shark" Sherk, dude has to have some power!!!!

Sure, he does. I mean anyone who has any descent striking skills can knock someone out. Having big, fast arms only helps. Imagine if Pacman was a BB in JJ, then we could talk about a real LW in mma with great KO presence.

yeah, he's strong with good wrestling skills, but getting older. i like picking the guys just comin up.

Have you guys seen that behind the scenes training of Shirk, that is insane... Just unreal. Up and down these trails of stairs with weights.
