Yeah, Lesnar will be able to stand with Nog, but he is gonna get his ^^^^ ripped on the ground when/if he fights Nog!!!! I love the man, but Nog is the submission MONSTA!!

Just watched the fight. Heres what I think and this was before the fight. I think Randy took a dive. Yeah he's old and the underdog. But I still think he wants the Fedor fight. UFC spent alot of money on Lesner, and they have no HW's. Who does Lesner fight after Nog? Anyway, Randy takes the dive, Lesner's stock goes up. And Dana gives Randy a fight with Fedor. Non-Title fight. Theres no way Randy gets a Fedor fight with the belt. Everybody's happy.
But looking at the UFC with Lesner and Forrest as champs is funny.

Man I don't even watch UFC but i've always liked Lesnar, it was like watching a normal man fight a moose. Very entertaining!

The UFC needs Fedor, and he would massacre Lesnar.
I don't think he would, age has taken a toll on him as well. Lesnar is too big and too fast.

I don't want to believe my theory either. But if that fight happens then I'll believe it. I dont see Fedor signing a long term contract with the UFC since they already tired, and it went bad. Fedor thought he was signing his life away. He likes to fight in the Sambo tournaments and UFC is exclusive. Fedor still has to be #1 pound for pound. He's supposed to fight Arlovski in January.
Its funny Lesner is champ after 4 fights and Randy's belt still holds 15months after retiring. Lesner now fights the winner of Nog and Mir. Then what? UFC has no one. Same with the MW Division.
I'm definitley buying the next UFC. Can't wait to see the numbers for the Lesner fight. It was stated as being the biggest fight yet, but it didn't sell-out. Will see.

Yeah I downloaded it. I didn't like the card. The Lesner fight was interesting but thats it, Old Man vs. New Man that UFC is pushing hard. I knew it wouldn't be a BJ Penn v GSP fight. 2 great athletes/fighters. So Download is the only option.

Just got done watching my downloaded version and I was very disappointed in the card as in whole... There was really only two legit fights the main event of course and Floren vs Stevenson.
I thought Randy did a good job although I was pulling for Randy I thought Lesner is getting better and not the out of control circus lion out of the cage. I still think Randy could beat him and he had an awesome chance just got caught during standup which is unfortunate. If the match would of went the full five rounds it would of been very interesting... Just gotta dodge those lunchbox hands, geez....

Its funny becuase Dana said he wouldn't sign Kimbo Slice, only if he wanted to be on the Spike TUF show. But Lesner with a 1-1 record gets a title shot and 450k.
That includes the win bonus, Couture could have made $500,000 for winning. They both had a base pay of $250,000. There goes your fix theroy...
Yeah, did you ever hear of a UFC making 450K with a 1-1 record? I feel bad for all the other fighter and HW in the UFC who make crap and will never get a title shot because they weren't in the WWF. And Lesner will be around for awhile since the UFC has no HW's.

$250,000 is Brock's base salary. He gets that much just for showing up.
MMA promotions have to pay the guys that bring in outside fans. Lesnar brings in hardcore wrestling fans, Cro Cop brought in Pride fans, Kimbo brought in internet fans.

Well thats the problem. I wanna see the best fighters not popular guys who bring fans in. Thats why GSP v Penn is a great fight. Two great fighters. UFC 92 Wandy v Rampage, Nog v Mir, Forrest v Rashad. All competitive fights.
The UFC has to build there fighters up, and make them popular. And good fights do that. Forrest v Bonner was a big hit, good fight and made the UFC more popular. I just feel bad for the fighters who work there butts, win and never got a shot or a decent pay day.
