Cote showed a good chin but I think a few more knees to the face or one more solid punch would have put him away...I think if he gets a rematch, Anderson will just go out and put him away as fast as he can...

I hope Mir takes Lesnar apart. And Rampage destroys Evans.

I see The Axe Murderer makeing his was back to Japan, probably fight in DREAM. He hasnt done anything in the UFC like Crocop. I would be surprised to see him fight in the UFC again.

O dude same here. I really don't like Evans or Lesnar and hope they both get beat. Personally i don't understand why Lesnar even got a shot at the title in the first place, i mean Heath Herring is ok but he isnt a guy that if you beat you automatically get a shot at the title. I think that the UFC wanted to get Lesnar in there just so they could get the fans from the WWE or wherever he came from. I mean he has talent but in no way should he have gotten a title shot. There are at least 5 people in the UFC who are on a 5 plus win streak in the UFC and still don't get a title shot. I mean Thiago Alves has beaten Matt Hughes and Josh Koscheck and is on a 7 fight win streak and still won't get a title shot.

true, but really anybody who knows a the UFC knows it's know walk in the park to get a shot at the title, but in Lesnar's case it was Just seems wrong for Lesnar to be the UFC heavyweight champion.

What about putting Yushin Okami in against Anderson Silva? Or does his loss against Rich Franklin take him out of the running? I wouldn't put it past Dana White to give Michael Bisping a title shot though.

IDK but i thought i heard Joe Rogan or the other guy say that, it's only going to be arranged if GSP wins though. I really don't want to see that fight though because i really think that GSP wouldn't be able to handle Anderson. I would like to see the winner of GSP and Penn fight Thiago Alves since he clearly deserves a title shot.

agreed, never count anyone out in the UFC. Plus Silva hasnt really ever faced anyone who has more strength then him. He faced Cote and hit Cote with a devastating knee and Cote didn't even get dropped. I think Silva would have the speed over Rampage but overall Rampage would pull through. It seems like on the ground Silva always goes for a triangle and everybody knows the last person who did that on Rampage got slammed/knocked out.

The only problem i have with him being champ is that fact that he had fought only twice in the UFC before his title fight and lost one of those fights to Frank Mir. I think that after his fight with Heath Herring, he should have fought Gabriel Gonzaga. I think Gabriel Gonzaga is the perfect matchup for Lesnar since Gonzaga has a great ground game and standup.

Well, weather or not he earned the right to fight for the belt, he got the shot and convincingly took it from Couture.

So he may not have earned the right to fight for the belt, he did earn the belt by defeating the champ.
