Dana White is giving Omigawa his win bonus because he feels like it was a robbery that Omigawa lost by decision. Funny part is, there was all kinds of bad judging last night and ..

THE JUDGES HAD MONITORS TO WATCH THE FIGHTS.

:lol:lol:lol

Florian actually got a 10-9 from one judge for round 1. That would be the round where he got clocked silly and knocked down.

Munoz also got a 10-9 from one judge for round 1, the round he got knocked silly and completely outstruck by K1-Maia.

Yeah the judging was bonkers that night, everytime buffer would read the scores my wife and i would just look at each other like wtf...

Yeah i remember one judge had it 30-27 for Munoz and Florian,i was shocked myself, but the right men got the decision anyway so it's no big deal.

JDS is a slight favorite already vs Cain, I thought Cain would be favorite. Good fight though, wanna see Cains chin tested, still worried about that fight he had with Kongo.

I have a question, are kids allowed into the fights? I have a 14 year old that wants to go to the Strikeforce on Saturday, anyone know

If Florian couldn't beat BJ, what chance does he have against Aldo now? :slap. Florian better hope Aldo gets gassed like his last fight. I think JDS will take it to Cain, he's on a roll.

Different weight class.

Styles make fights.

I'd say Florian has as good a chance as any.

I do agree with this to a point. My only question would be Jose's cardio now, because in my mind his striking is beyonds Kennys, but agian if he can take Jose down we'll see, because Mark definetly exposed some holes in Joses game. Regardless I still want Jose to win, but again I could see Kenny pulling an upset. Heres to an over all great fight hopefully.

I don't really think Aldo was exposed at all with the take downs in that fight. He was gassed after the 1st really, and he knew he had the fight won. He was obviously not concerned with Marks power throughout the whole fight, so it looked to me, like he was just resting there, a lot like the Sonnen/Silva fight.

To beat a champion, Imo, the opponent needs to have an advantage somewhere in their physical attributes and I don't see Florian having an advantage anywhere the fight goes. Choking is usually used in team sports, but it seems like Florian chokes in the big fights for whatever reason. He looks great in fights that have nothing to do with the title, but once that pressure is on, he looks like a completely different guy.

Take it however you want:

UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo was taking antibiotics for a toe infection just days before his April 30 title defense against Mark Hominick at UFC 129.

"He suffered a cut on his toe on April 23 and it got infected with bacteria," said Pederneiras. "He went through heavy medical treatment with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory pills from Sunday to Tuesday. He took the heavy dosage so that he wouldn't have to take more drugs closer to the fight."

There was also talk about his early exit the day before where the UFC had all the champs (minus GSP) up on stage for a Q & A thing. Apparently Aldo started getting lightheaded and had to bounce.

Yeah I didnt mean by take downs, i mean cardio and the fact because he was tired couldnt really keep up a defensive gaurd. That last round Mark was landed some good shots, Jose was flat on his back not moving his hips or anything. Like I said I still want Jose to win, but it will be interesting to see how he approaches Kenny. Will he keep it standing and destroy him or will he engage and welcome the ground battle.

I saw on BJ Penn's FB page about an article where Carwin stated all he needed was one clean shot ........... is that what every fighter needs, and tries to avoid??

I think he's come a long way since his early days on the under card fights, but he still tries too hard to be that first round finisher against upper echelon fighters, and it's not working for him.

The funnies part to me is how people credited him and his supposedly newfound cardio for not gassing out after the first round. HELLO? He didn't DO anything to gas himself out. Unless you count taking an ass whooping for 3 rounds. So nothings been answered as far as how his gas tank is now.. and it won't be answered until he gets into another situation like the Lesnar fight where he goes nonstop in the first round again. THEN we'll know if he actually has some cardio come the 2nd/3rd rounds.

Made another for my MMA Demotivational Series.. :lol
