I've been tempted by that one a couple times but I'm happy with my little Bust-Up of the same pose.

I don't blame you as the bust ups are pretty cool for the price. I decided to stick with the clones and may also do Stormtroopers in bust ups as well as you can build a small army for a small price! I decided to go with the mini busts for the OT characters and am toying with the idea of the Code 3 ships, but am just not sure where I'd put them. More shelves to be put up I suppose IF I get them. I would also only do 3-4 ships IF I go after them.

I'm sticking to the main 4 ships. Tie, Falcon, Slave, and the impossible to find X-Wing. They should look great in a Detolf without the bases.

Great for 12", or GG statues and maquettes. I have 2 but will be getting more once more 12" begin to ship.

I just looked them up on the IKEA site. Pretty nice. I just don't care for the "wood" top and bottom. I like black or silver. I would probably buy a couple of those if they came with a black base and top.

I have friends that just painted the top and bottom black and it actually looks really nice.

My finace just went to the comic shop and bought me the Bossk and IG88 busts! :chew. Guess I will have a couple of non-main characters now. Hmmm, maybe for Christmas I'll ask for an ebay Boba Fett!

Yeah, things have calmed down a lot. I had to pretty much just come out and tell her what I thought and that all of the crazy stuff was going to have to end or it was never going to work.

There are still the normal "arguments" like any couple has, but her whole attitude has been MUCH improved. Thanks for asking.

That's good to hear. I had been wondering but didn't want to pry. Congrats and I hope things stay good. At least you found one that not only supports but helps feed your addiction.

Ha, yeah, she also bought me the new "Storm" X-Men statue from the Dark Phoenix saga. I should start begging for a code 3 x-wing soon LOL....she'd never spend THAT much on one piece unless it was one of only a couple Christmas gifts. I think we have pretty much turned the corner on the major stuff so things should stay good. They say the first year of living with somone is the hardest and we hit a year of living together in mid August.
