My favorite part is still the desert part.
After a while I felt really desperate when you reach the same well again. I felt bad for Nate, especially during the night part with the stars. You can actually feel the heat he's feeling and the cold during the night. And I smiled as soon as I saw the town in the distance. And then it goes back to desperate when it's a ghost town with undrinkable water.

Personally I regret spending $150 on the Gears set. I could have gone with the regular.

Yeah...I feel I could have gone without it too. I do like the metal Gear award thing...but for these prices you can almost buy 2 more games.

I need to watch my $$ as I got a lot of Sideshow pre-orders and video game pre-orders. It's just the ol' regular versions for me on out. (well I may make an exception for Mass Effect 3).

Glad to see many enjoying this one......there did seem to be a lot of influences, but when i got to CH2, I was thinking the title should be Uncharted: Last Crusade

My girl is doing the plane scene right now... she just got kicked by a large man and died. hahaha. :lol

I just beat this amazing game on normal. Next i'll beat it on hard, I loved everybit of it! Amazing story, graphics, and gameplay. All the characters are even more real this time around. I hope everyone is lovin' it!

YOU STATED that only two games in existence received perfect 10's.

I simply asked you to clarify and your tampon fell out.

Regardless, you are wrong.

MANY games have received a perfect 10.

Yeah, Super Mario Galaxy, either 1 or 2, is a 10/10 game too.

I've also heard that IGN might be a little flaky with their reviews.
Don't get me wrong it is a GREAT game. But I like a review to at least be honest with any cons or negatives, even if it's very small ones.

With how many fade to whites there were in the desert, I felt like I was maybe going the wrong way all the time, lol. Luckily that wasn't the case.

Hey, I'm playing it on hard thank you! Almost done the game, and then I'll move to crushing.

Stopped at level 21 last night... 22 levels in total right?

I don't wanna end such a good thing :( :lol

I'm the same way kinda lol
Some of you guys will get a game like this, spend 60 bucks, and power through it in 2 days lol
I just can't do that. I slowly pace myself, to stretch out the game, soak it all in, play a couple chapters here and there like reading a book and turn it off for the day. Come back same time at night, at 9PM, get my snack and drink ready, turn it on and enjoy another hour of relaxed slow play, where I soak it all in :)

That's too awesome. His reaction when Drake fell out of the plane was gold. :lol "Aye!"

Same, I kept thinking I went the wrong way and I was like "No! I couldn't have gone the wrong way, how could I tell it's all the bloody same sand everywhere!"

I guess I'm the only one but I was a little underwhelmed with UC3, especially the end. I guess I had my expectations too high after UC2, but I felt the story was lackluster and the game plodded along at some points. I also didn't care for the villains this time.

The voice acting was still fantastic and the visuals were amazing, but I just didn't get into it this time around.

Highlights for me were the pirate levels, especially when the cruise ship was sinking, and the horseback stuff, very Indy-esque.

Just finished it. Cool ending. Final few chapters were beautiful. 8.5/10. If they make another it needs to change the formula a but I think.

just got to chapter 16.

best adventure game i have ever played.
I cant wait to get to the cargo plane scene.
taking my time exploring and doing some awsome kills.
there is no better feeling then killing withs style.

I am pretty sure this will be game of the year.
I am so glad i got collectors edition.

I was tentative when I first got the original UNCHARTED.

I mainly bought a PS3 for Metal Gear Solid 4 and bought a few games like GTA IV, but it became clear to me that the X-Box 360 was going to be my dominant console. And yes, it still is but there are a few PS3 exclusives that make the PS3 worth it.

So I heard Uncharted had some amazing graphics and a unique storyline. Reading deeper I learned more about Naughty Dog. I was never a fan of Crash Bandicoot or Jak and Daxter but I always read and heard good things about them. The big kicker for me was that AMY HENNIG was on board. I was still a little bitter about her leaving my much beloved LEGACY OF KAIN series (one of the best voice-acted series in video game history IMO) but it piqued my interest because she is an immensely talented video game writer, designer, director, etc.

I was pleasantly surprised and then hooked. Uncharted set a new level not only for graphics, but for video game storytelling. Uncharted is the MOST cinematic video game series of all time (as of now of course). I cannot think of anything that captures the "movie-like" adventure scope that this game does. The voice-acting is top notch with each role cast picture perfect. What could have been an excellent video game is a SUPERIOR game thanks to the talents of Nolan North bringing Nate Drake to life as well as the rest of the cast.

Just like I bought a PSX for the first time for Final Fantasy VII and then a PS3 for Metal Gear Solid 4. Uncharted is the game you buy a system for!

I'm still in the beginning of Uncharted 3, but already familiar with the characters, I can already feel we're onto something big when we start to decode Drake's ring. I'm glad to see flashbacks of young Drake too, as it builds on his relationship with Sully and other characters and makes you feel more for Drake as the character you control. Once again even the natural movement of Drake and the characters is very human and realistic. They slip when they run, they stumble after a long drop, they wince when they get hit, these are amongst the most realistic video game characters you can imagine.

Uncharted is the new, modern day Indiana Jones. The plots aren't ridiculous like Crystal Skull but still draw on some of the occult but also along with ancient history that draws you in so much that you actually want to end up studying a little bit on what they're after. I remember after beating Uncharted 2 I was looking up the Cintamari Stone and Shambala.

No question about it, Uncharted is one of the BEST video game series of all time already. An easy 10/10 and I'm not even to some of the real climactic parts! If you're iffy about a PS3, this series is well worth it! But please start for Uncharted 1 and ease yourself in. You won't be disappointed but it'll give you a better history of these characters and their connections. After all, you don't watch Kingdom of the Crystal Skull before even seeing Raiders of the Lost Ark!

Congratulations and thank you Naughty Dog! You all did some fantastic work and PLEASE keep it coming! I can't get enough of this series and the characters!

Did anyone else get a Uncharted 3 poster when they went to pick up their game?

Meanstreak, you plan on adding me?
