Here you go. Breaks my heart, though. I haven't heard back from SS yet, but I'll keep my fingers crossed that it works out okay.
By the way, just FYI, unless you want the SS exclusives, popcultcha.com.au has a 20% off video game and other merchandise sale every christmas. I got a few statues pretty cheap through them
Sucks to see that mate, the connection looks very weak on your elbow. Looks like there is a gap too and with the weight of the rifle it fell out.

Yeah, the connection is really loose. The reg arm isn't too strong either, but it's definitely more secure than the ex arm. You're guess about the weight of the gun is probably the issue.
Perhaps if I get it replaced (if thats something that they do) I should put something sticky inside the connection?

My Drake statue has arrived Will unbox tonight when I get home from work and take some pics.
Reclaimer, I've only ever purchased Hot Toys through Sideshow previously, but pretty much every one came with some QC issues including broken parts, and Sideshow took care of me each time. They would either replace the faulty parts, offer a partial refund or a full refund (they make you destroy the product if you accept the full refund). They should look after you.

I've had a few pieces arrive with damaged parts, and their customer service is usually good with providing replacements (especially for a newly released product that's still in stock) if you send them an email with a pic of the damage. For a small, detachable part such as the rifle hand, they're likely to have spare pieces set aside to cover breakages.
