I got an email from Carl. Gathering all the shipping quotes is taking a little longer than expected. I'm hoping to have them within the next few days.

Seriously. This time last week, I was hoping we'd seen a turnaround.

At least one person got a refund. But the day's not over... maybe RJMacReady will get his refund before the end of the weekend (Josh said he was next on the list of weekly refunds he was going to make.)

After everything, its actually a bit ironic that some may be getting refund/product from Josh before those who had their items picked up to get them to us quicker.

Hell I have yet to even find out definitively who has my Joker figure, based on what Jen PM'd me it seems it is Josh.

All I want to do is send along a flat-rate box and be done with this/him.

That's all I want to do. I just want my remaining items back from Josh so I can ship to another customizer to finish.

Hey guys, I wanted to update everyone on what has been going on over here. I didn't want everyone to think that I flaked out or anything. This week has been kinda insane schedule wise. I know you have heard that before but I am being 100% serious.

My school schedule was given to me Sunday night, late of course.. but it set me up with Mon, Tues, Thurs night classes. These classes start within an hour of me getting off, so I have to book it to even get there. They run until 9 pm, so there is absolutely no chance of getting to town to get anything done. Wed night this month, my Wife and I are taking Birthing classes at the same time frame, so that left me Friday. I had the boxes ready to go Friday, but my Wife needed me to pick her up from work so that shut me down for that day.

There is some good news in here somewhere though, so bear with me. Tomorrow I am going to wake up early so I can go and get these boxes mailed out. And I will go ahead and throw Carbo's stuff in there as well, I might as well. So Carbo, send me your addy again tonight if you can... if I don't already have it on Facebook.

I know it's a setback, but at least it is all coming. And on top of that, the heads FINALLY came out good. I tweaked the mold and found a way to make sure the nose doesn't get all bubbly on Ash, so they look nice and crisp for you guys.

Again, sorry they are going out late.. but it was out of my control this week. I didn't have time to think, let alone go anywhere.

This is Josh again, just so you know...

I will also go ahead and mail out the stuff priority, not just regular mail... I want you all to have your stuff back by the end of the week next week.

And I am going to sell a few things on Ebay to make some extra cash for the baby, so I will pay RJM once that comes in. The GI Bill didn't give me much in my last check, nor did my school check (The holidays cut my school and work days).

I just want you all to know that I am dead serious about this new direction. I want to do whatever I can do to get some of this taken care of. I am now starting to work on catching up the Jasons, so they will be ready to mail out in kit form... whatever I can get together that is. But at least now the Ash kits are complete, only short on hands. The saw came out nice, as did the heads. They have all the gear they need, even a Necronomicon casting for good measure.

And I want to reiterate... I didn't tell my Wife to write what she did. She just wanted her feelings known, and I am not going to stop her. She is in this too, even if that is my fault. I love her, and the pressure I have felt here has bled out to her as well.... unfortunately. But now that she had her say, let's move on to getting as much of this taken care of as possible.

My Wife was just reacting emotionally... she's pregnant and just aggravated by all of this. I understand how she feels, but her words were completely her own. She of course doesn't understand everything completely.

I've apologized over and over again, I know I screwed up... but things were out of my hands.

Now I am employed, but time is even more limited. It didn't take the threatening to make me do something, it was the fact that things weren't moving as fast as I would have liked (as far as people getting some of their stuff back), and I decided to do something about it.

I have a history of shutting down when I get depressed, and this whole thing just put me right back in those shoes. I separated from everything and tried to shut it out, and that was wrong of me. I apologize greatly for that. But please, let's not ruin the good momentum that we had going here in this thread simply because my Wife wanted to vent.

I really am trying here people...My schedule is just crazy right now and it's hard to get anything done.

Contgrats on the baby. But its messed up when you send someone two figures and pay for them to be paint then you loose both the figures and your money. I can't even get Josh to answer a PM. I can understand stuff happens I live in Marion county too so I know how hard it is for us. But don't just give up a say f-it, yes they are just toys but I work hard for the money that pays for those toys. So I hope you both can understand why we are so upset.

His wife should not have posted here because all she did was make another big f'n mess. This thread had taken a turn for the better and that just set us back again. Her post has been deleted.

Josh will be updating with refunds - I assume. This thread was started when Carl was getting items from Josh to return to people. Unfortunately - not everyone's things made it in the first run...so the list is kind of split. But as far as refunds go, that is something Josh will need to post about himself.
