I always had a strange suspicion with Moe ever since he started posting here years ago. When he was new here, he was a relatively newbie who was into 1/6 Enter the Dragon customs. I don't remember if he did any customs himself and I recall him asking a lot of questions about the hobby. Months later, he started Moe Production[sic] with no production. He then did a Jim Kelly custom with Suroc's headsculpt and suddenly gotten someone to do a limited run of the yellow gis. A few months later, he renamed his company as Moe's Productions and started selling the Breaking Bad chem suits for like $70. He also made it appear that he had an actual company of tailors under his belt (I think he posted images of ppl sorting out one of the custom clothing run).I found it odd that someone who didn't know much about the hobby, who misspelled his own company's name, and didn't make any of the custom pieces himself, suddenly started his own production line of outfits out of the blue months later.

It makes sense that he was using Geewhiz and was simply a third party rep.

I remember when I sold that ***** a James Dean custom I put together. I guess when he received it, he thought it wasn't worth the money he paid because he nagged and bit**ed about it and later he kept making me feel like I owed him something for paying my asking price. All of this while he charged kato prices for his clothes (no offense to Geewhiz). He then put up for sale that custom James Dean for even more than he paid me.

I received this message from Moe yesterday. I responded letting him know that I will not lie and once/if i actually started seeng my items in hand I would post that here. I also told him that the victims are many and that he needed to start answering questions on why the lies/delays and that this was beyond calming anybody down until we start seeing our clothing/items. There is no doubt in my mind that Moe/Tony are the same person...

WOW what an absolute scum bag! I knew very earlier on that Moe was just a middle man and was likely 'skimming' off the top, couple that with the fact his prices were outrageous for the quality he was offering (no offence to Gee Whiz they do nice work but not Kato/Yungsil level work and Moe was quoting those kind of prices) I decided long ago to stay well clear of him.

Absolutely gutted this has happened again on here I sincerely hope some if not all of your get the majority of your cash back. He HAS to be held accountable for this the relevant authorities need to be made aware. Gotta be worth trying at least.

I'm still waiting for my two private commissioned orders by Moe, Walter White beige leather jacket and Ron Swanson diamond cut sweater!
It's been almost 6 months now with nothing!!

He keeps telling me to wait and it's being done by the tailor and he also mentioned that he'll give me a discount, but no signs yet!
I don't know what happened to him! He was a straight up guy!!

I think we all better get our paypal transaction IDs ready so that Moe/Tony could atleast remember that he does have MANY outstanding items out...because to me...he/they really thinks he has only a few items/outfits that are outstanding...which seems NOT to be the case...and as I read that smug email...I got a little angry at the "absurd" comment...he really shouldn't use words like that because it lends to the observation that Moe is an ***** that has no organization skills at all if he thinks that he only has a few items out...instead of the overwhelming amount of money he has taken and is owed to many freaks on here...

I paid for that Troy figure on December 6th of last year.. I did ask him about the one I saw on Ebay about three weeks later and he told me that that was not the same one. Mine was going to be better..

I'm 99% sure he has an eBay account that he's lied about not using before. In the past he has sold apparent protos before delivering to customers who paid here.

Yeah... that message just reinforces the tactics he used to get people to calm other members down by sending out stuff intermitently.

I even did it... I was worried about getting the chem suit and when I did get it I posted that it had come. Which probably helped calm a few people who were getting antsy or asking questions. Moe is a good manipulator.

As a retired police officer I am insulted by ALPHABRAVO. I stated I had sent an inquire to see if the FBI first has jurisdiction and second if they would investigate. Just a note for earlier in the thread to Ray, I can also verify that Sov Studios still owed me a custom Batman he never delivered.

And don't forget about Boot25 either. That guy was a legend in the WW2 1/6 community and scammed a bunch of people here, myself included.

I don't mess with customs anymore. This constant bs hassle and being berated by people who owed me but treated me as if I was an ******* drove me away from the hobby. There is a really problem with a lot of these artists here and the way they are treated and elevated to a higher status by some of the community. Also, in all the projects I hosted I never once skimmed anything for myself when taking collections. That's a pretty scumbag move imo.

Good luck to everyone. I hope you can manage any sort of legal repurcussions and make an example of him.
