Don't just up and cancel. If you're worried about the severed head, get the regular version. This PF is too good not to have.

If it was just down to me i would be all over it but with bubs only 5 mths i dont want her picking up my bad habits to early plus the wife aint no big fan of this one.
Still might track it down one day when i can afford that extra locked room that LOTRFan has hidden away.

Strangely my 3 year old never seems to be scared of any of my "toys" although I don't have any really gruesome stuff. The worst is probably the NECA 18" Alien or the Lurtz or Darkness PFs. Still, if I do keep my order for the Uruk Hai, I may very well display the regular hand instead of the head.

Sounds like a good idea icruise and yeah i'll still have Lurtzy hanging around as well.
For me it's not whether the child is scared or not its more what this piece represents and does to the child psychologically.
Wonder whether this will surpass Lurtz once all the hype settles down.

Actually, I would think a Ringwraith would be a no brainer. I mean, how hard can it be make a ringwraith, very little tailoring or sculpting involved. But I guess the pose would be a major consideration. And how to make the hood stick up and look natural with wire supports. An since the robe is loose and floppy, how would the body be hidden underneath it. Well I guess it's not really that simple after all?

That's the one I want. How's this for an excl....a change of heads [ Haldir's and a generic helmeted galadhrim archer] and cloaks [red for Haldir, grey for the archer]. Since Haldir's, and the archers armour is identical you would literally be getting two PF's for the price of one...and with today's economic situation wou'ld be opposed to that?
