He didn't even sell one. I hope the he dosen't cancel them all, it's scum like him that inflate the ES and fill up SS warehouse. One of the reasons you don't see "grails" anymore.

If you recall, the exclusive sold out pretty fast and the ES matches up with the moria orc and Lurtz, so I'm thinking it was pre-determined.
