This is one that I can't see losing money and if it does it won't be too much IMO ...especially if the QC holds up and the exclusive head rocks!

I mean Marvel (IM 1:1, iron spidey), Terminator (1:2 endo) etc

and the MO came out great in the end

I wouldn't say great. the sculp ...yes.

but SS really lost alot of points by not getting the color and weathering to line up with the promo pics.

if it was released just like the original pics...+=sold out quick

I think I might FP this, and Leonidas. I don't want to get swarmed with everything at once. Plus all of the HT 1/6 figures... and the ISM. ^^^^ me.

my only concern with Flex-pay for items is if there are issues with them your chances of getting a replacement is nill after the three month wait. if you pay up front you have time to get a good one.

really? to me the red cloth is the ONLY downfall to the Orc...imo. if it was the dark burgandy like the sculped parts of the elbows and Knees....

But I do agree with the argument that the red is more screen accurate...don't get me wrong SS should not have changed the proto so much but when I watch FOTR and see the orcs this PF is based on I see what is on my shelf

I was wondering if the red was film accurate, I guess I don't have to wonder anymore. You can never watch any of the LoTR movies too much! Which reminds me, I gotta see them again soon.

You know, I keep trying to talk myself into canceling my waitlist for the exclusive as I don't collect the LOTR line. I don't have any interest in any of the pieces and I need to save money (I'm not a huge LOTR fan.)

But I just can't do it!...It looks awesome and I'm afraid that if I don't go for it now, I'll lose my chance to get it at a good price. Even though it's not a marvel piece, I think there's a decent chance the EX will go up in value down the line

I might have to get this as a stand alone piece and put it under the miscellaneous part of my collection.

I hope you're not getting it simply because it MAY go up in price. With this economy, you just can't count on that. Get it because you really like it and want it.
