The suit looks fine and if it comes out like CW Obi that would be ok by me. The helmet has been worked on and looks even better than before. As far as it not standing I doubt this happens much at all. My Stormtrooper stood for like 10 mins on his own without a stand. I just sat him up and watched him to see if he would fall over so if this is the same he'll work out just fine. I also don't recall reading that MANY posts with people having those other issues as well. A couple here and there but thats it. As far as the Medicom ST being better thats a total PLEASE moment. If I could get rid of mine I would trust me.

Im not a fan of the body suit either. I was noticing how much of the body suit shows in between the shoulder/pec area and something dont look right.

I can understand the use of the pinstripe from a practical side since the addition of ribbing to the body suit would offer resistance to articulation.

Actually, Medicom did do a better job with their clonetroopers body glove or whatever, all the ribbing is actually stitched..IMO it looks less fake.

Agree. Looking at my Medi right here and I like it better. Now I know I havent seen in hand pics (212th) but the ones Ive seen are production and High Reso.
Looking even more at the 212th, what up with the thigh armor? I know they could push it up more. I think the 212th may be a better figure as far as articulation but looks wise I like the Medi.
Kick butt paint job on the 212th though.

Stitched would look better for Clones, but honestly in person I was not bothered by the way Clonobi looked.

perhaps SST is going for uber realism... it should look fake because it was fake in the movie...

we wanted movie accuracy... live with it.

Ahh blahh!..another thing that bothered me with their stormtrooper was the fact they did use stitching on the neck to simulate the ribbing where as we see on Luke and Han in ANH that its more like plastic tubing(medicom got this right) sure..the helmet covers the head and you don't really notice but again, i think its going the cheap route that kinda ruins the look, especially if you want to do a Luke or Han custom with the SSC one.

So, that being said..as off looking as the SSC Clone is, i do like the helmet a little better then Medicoms..better detail.

Looks decent! Hope the joints are tighter this time around for you guys. I like Medicom's armor better myself, but for the price i don't see a problem.

This looks great and I think the lighting makes the stripes pop out more so than when you see him in person. I still may pick up an extra ST body glove for pose ability.

imagine with all of the future Clones on the way... all of the color variants, each with their exclusive color stand...

someone at R&D just doesn't get it.
