We shrank a dome too, slush casted the reduced dome earlier , will need refining and then a new mold made.

We did it as an experiment and are fans of mr. Hembles work, that seemed the logical person to send it too. I'll ask mr H

New crown detail.
Newly designed belt boxes
New chest box
Redesigned reveal helmet latches (the parts that secure mask to lower section)
Redesigned reveal helmet , as all remaining ones are Esb and the reveal split is diagonal across the cheek
New dome
We are experimenting with led cordless sabers ( like hot toys versions but power to led is within the saber hilt) we did buy some in to include but they were unsuitable . These ,if feasible ,do not replace the cathode sabers, the last three will include both.
All new parts scaled down to 1/6 from known measurements of the prop parts , except the latches

Yeah, I think Hurricane did something to reverse that backwards thing. Even though his facemask is more than 3/4's the base Kaiyodo, he added some resculpting to the cheeks.

Not quite , we altered the mouth, bridge of nose, detailed the brow and crown, and completely replaced from the jaw ridge downwards , removed the square vents and fitted them flush. Altered both cheeks. Addressed the edge between bottom of mouth and lower section . I think I have an image showing all the alterations marked in red.......

Since this we remodelled the circular multi holed part that sits in the middle of the crown, reshaped the back of the mask added the small trim , the neck brace is drilled and fitted with metal 'spikes' and the other metal details .....

New parts...these are test pieces , but molds are finished.belt buckle mold has be remade to allow machined alloy insert.

Hot toys body suits have been successfully retailored, helmets with new reveal split design are all done, new domes finished. Just new hands then assembly.we also built our own as we've never had one of our own. Uses ssc Rotj v2 body suit , resewn , kp03-a body , all our own bits, needs tweaking and water treatment on robes , waiting on new gloved hands so has ssc v2 Rotj vaders mitts.

Just awesome if there wasn't the desk in the background you couldn't tell what scale it is .
it's just so close to the original and even more details in the smallest parts make it look fantastic
