i will have to buy this leia and the officer now. that hurc. vader helmet looks so damn real. can't wait for my ESB one. :rock

Awesome Vader! Love the pointing scene. Very well displayed!
So that's you back there! And yeah, you don't look too worried for Leia. You have the look of love in your eyes, for that Vader no doubt!
Great job Glenn! :rock

I just looked through the first dozen pages again and I have to say this is one of the best threads I've ever read on this forum. Hearing about the updates and now seeing the different Vaders Glenn's made is fantastic. :chew

A wired cape sounds like a cool thing so long as it doesn't look odd like it's got a wire in it. True that Vader didn't appear in too many windy scenes so it's prolly not a big deal either way but it could maybe help in posing.

That's what I had in mind. A wire along the bottom will aid in posing. I thought Medi Vaders cape wire helped alot.

thanx mate, you gotta give credit where credits due to cocboloboys new body mod, i like it so much im hoping for some pointers from him so i can use these HT modded bods on the vader with no lights or electronics..

thanx to his great pics there fresh interest so ive 3 more orders pending,
then books shut, for a while.

I'm pretty sure I can improve on what I've already done so if any of those orders Glenn has are wanting an HT body mod, if they could give me a week or so to hammer out the details I think it'll be worth the wait.

look forward to it, so far theres several types of body, im finding the hasbro /sideshow is working well for housing the electronics, the sideshow big boys work well with extended legs for those with just the cathode saber, the HT body will work very well for those with no electronics at all, but then the sideshow big boy isnt bad, the advantage of the HT is availability, diferent hand pegs, less fiddly than the sideshow ones, the more i study the HT body ive here im not overly confident itll taqke the invertor/battery for the cathode saber, where as the SSc big boy does...those waitng on vaders wont need to worry about hold ups as their bodies are done, and use the most suitable body for their specs, a couple have ALOT of electronics inside the torsos, voice circuit/powersource, lights, cathode invertor, flashing cicuit, cathode power source (9volt),voice speaker unit.Once Coco and ive compared notes we hopefully will have a new body for use.
im guessing too that the HT pred bodies will work well too requiring less mods, but i cant bring myself to chop up either my pred 2 or AVPR pred ,sorry...,
Any the next to be seen should offer yet another option, something completely new and unique, so stay tuned.....

when i close my eyes at night i see black helmets......:google:google:google

Haha poor Glenn. And your wife is making it even harder for you by offering us wires in our capes. :lol

Can't wait to see what the new gadget is gonna be. ;) :D

I think he's referring to the somewhat odd Vader I've ordered. My original idea didn't start off as an idealized version of Vader but it's certainly become one and I've embraced that.

With any company producing Vader I'm very much a screen accurate guy, but with this custom I decided to go a bit differently and went with my idea for an "Ultimate Vader".

I'm eager to see what Glenn has come up with.

Glenn, you have a great talent. I have just read this entire thread and love what you have done. You really have a gift. New to the site, but a big Vader fan. Keep up the great work.

Perfect, I have always been addicted to Star Wars, and have been waiting for the perfect start to my collection of childhood toys. I will admit Sideshow was going to be my first, but after seeing this.......I just don't know. Thanks for the link. I just can't get enough!!!
