umm ok ,anyway, err dunno what to say now....no need for a massive debate as the lady said she spoke with the 'man'
ill look into this more i think

those pics are far too small to judge anything in detail, but you can clearly see there IS an indentation at the top of them.

I know Glenns the Vader man but didnt know he was the Vader Mans m8 also !

a rare Prowse interviw with the Film suit you can see that this are just cylinders no srcews. in the video you can see the camera moving and you see that there are no dents

sorry i got no HD pictures of the movie but in the Boba fett scene you can see it clearly

In the picture of Vader and Fett above, there are clearly indentations and shadows on the cylinders.

you can't tell on those images as all the light areas (see the upright on the chest box) have the details washed out. So any details on the tips are being washed out.

Look at the image with Fett above, look at the 3 silver pieces on the left... you can't see indents on the end of every one of those?

even I can see the indentation on the end of those pieces :s I guess everyone sees things different though

There were probably different versions of the belt made - some with solid cylinders, and some with hex bolts. There were always multiples made of each costume. Heck, in the carbonite freezing chamber, Boba Fett's chest plate is one solid piece, his knee armor is upside down, and the legs of the jumpsuit are rolled up.

Long story short, you're probably both right.

Hey Hurricane (and Mrs.)! I got my Luke / Vader head today. Gorgeous work, and I'm pleased to see one of Hurricane's works in person at last. Thanks!
