I just found a Big Jim Safari play set that was in another of my old storage buildings. I really can’t remember much about it (came out in the 70’s), it’s a little dirty but nothing that can’t be wiped off and it has a couple of stools, but nothing else.

Do any of you know anything about it and what was supposed to come with it?

old pic but heres mine complete.
truck, frame/netting, rhino,winch, rear block&tackle, 2 gas cans,hook/rope,tranquilizer gun (i think), movie camera, pick, axe. my personal favorite big jim set.

Dude! I've had that rhino for years!!! I got it at a thrift store for like a dime when I was a kid and its just hung around.

Never knew it was from a Big Jim set... how cool!

From what I've found so far the gorilla, and the jeep/rhino were two separate play sets, they weren't included with the safari play set. I did find my Tarzan/gorilla set also.

Not yet, but I did get some notices for pick-up yesterday. I'll have to check with the post office tomorrow.
