No, not crazy for a SEALED Ewok Village. Nope, I can see it. :hi5: I admitted to a $250 Yak Face. :thud: It's all a matter of perspective.

Bah, $150? I'd buy that in a heartbeat.

Think about it - a playset like that would cost $150 brand new these days. My only problem would be where to put it...

$250 for Yak Face - yeah, I'd do it.

Stuff like this is worth it. It's old, and will retain its value. And as good as toys are these days, they'll never be THE toys you had as a kid. That's worth a lot, imo.

I agree. :goodpost:

I still have my original Ewok Viillage from when I was a kid (I was 5 when ROTJ came out). Sadly I'm missing a few pieces, but not much and I plan to get them loose on either eBay or the Rebelscum board. Funny thing is I could probably get a complete one cheaper... or for close to the same price. But its not the same if it's not mine :lol

And sorry about the "power droid" comment... Got caught up on the sound :lol

No big whoop. I would like to get an Ewok Village and add the Robin Hood:pOT Sherwood forrest playset tree tops to it.

That would be an interesting mixture... Ewok village was my big birthday gift when I was 5 or 6 (I think 6) I was over the moon when I got to tear into it.

A lot of fun play value in that set with all the chutes, fire pit, swinging boulder etc.

True story, as a kid I wanted to be an Ewok; even had the crappy flame retardant costume with the plastic mask. One day I explained my wishes to my mom and decided that to become an ewok I would start skipping meals and stop cutting my hair :lol

Sadly it didn't work out; but I think at one point I could have qualified as a short wookie :huh

Well said. :clap

That is the exact f'n costume :monkey2 :monkey2

I wore that thing all over the place, nothing like dressing up as an ewok and running around in the forest :rock

A couple years ago I found a picture of me wearing a kickass wicket T-Shirt (one of those vintage iron-on looking shirts) and another with a plush wicket and ewok baby sticking out of my backpack :rock I was crazy for those damn things.

And the topper; yesterday my wife got a bunch of vintage style T-shirts for my 6 month old daughter from Old Navy; and one of them had Wicket on it :rock :rock :rock

:lol :lol Looking good man :rock How old is he?

My wife got the Wicket one, another with C-3PO and R2, A glittery pink Superman S and an E.T.

Got to admit I'm a bit jealous, my daughter's got better T's than me :lol
