That Battle Bones is sweet Nintenjoe! Nintenjoe is the best new board member since...Flosi.
thanks. i remember the seller had packed it ridiculously well so it wouldn't get damaged during shipping. i still need to get some kind of case for it.

It does make me want some candy, though.
They were released on DVD a few years back and now it's out of print. Another thing I saw on my random eBay searches.

This this guy. There are quite a few people on Rebelscum who recommend him.

thanks dude.
cool. i will check it out. i've had the majority of my vintage MOTU AFA graded, but i kinda don't believe in universal grading anymore. i'd just like to have my stuff in nice cases from now on.
While this just confirms your already questionable taste in toys that is still a cool story... As adults, and especially as toy loving adults, it's great to rehash those deeply embedded memories from our youths. Funny how vivid those memories are.
thanks. yeah the artwork is one of the best things about vintage MOTU. IMO it's the best artwork of any 80's toy line.
regarding books, there's nothing official. no all encompassing toy book or anything.
I'd have an issue with not being able to touch the item any longer. At least with a case it can be displayed and protected but still handled.
Totally agree... I'm not the worlds biggest MOTU fan, but the image posted early on in this thread has been my background at work for a year and half
Mady by Tomy and sold at McDonalds back in the eighties, i had a few of these guys, if anyone remembers them.

Gotta say those do not ring a bell at all... I remember the hamburgers and other food that transformed as well as (I think) a set of Go-Bots, but those are new to me.
Do you know if they were a creation of McDonalds, or tied to a specific license?
Also going to try and track down a minty blue Snaggie...
