I honestly believe you'll like this piece. I was impressed with it more so than I expected as far as the overall impact of what's going on. The detail is really good and will just draw you in when you see it.

So glad they kept it low...makes for a better COLLECTIBLE when it is slightly limited. I think this editionsize is about right for these LOTR dioramas...and 1250 is about right for the SW ones. Everyone who REALLY wants it can get it and it still retains it's collectibility!

I am so glad I got into this line. I am still in awe over Frodo and Gollum and cannot wait for more announcements including the eagle vs. Fell beast dio. I never got into the weta line but I think these are going to become even better in my opinion.

Don't get me wrong ive got the Crack'o'rama and will get the FellBeasty Vs Big Bird , its just this one. Dunno why??

I think it looks great, and I'm even more pleased I ordered one when I saw the photos of it on Sideshow's website. The crackorama is great and the fell beast and eagle one looks stunning, I think it's going to be a great line.
I don't think it'll be better than Weta, but it'll be nice to have these moments from the film in polystone to put next to the Weta pieces.

It was pretty big. Not as big as I expected though especially after I was suprised at how big the Anakin vs Obi-Wan was. Now, as far as being better than Weta. Why does it have to be. There isnt a compeition going on here between the two. The poly dios will look great mixed in with the SSW statues.

I got this on pre-order with Adam (DarkShadow). I really like the piece the more I look at it. I have Crack of Doom now, and will definitely be getting Eagle VS Fell Beast.

So far so good on the dio line.
