You know, I've never played the games, or had much interest in Warcraft, but I'm hella excited for this. It just...clicked with me, you know what I'm saying? Maybe it's because it's a bright, fantasy film with great designs, dunno. But I'm eagerly anticipating this one.

Yup. Same. I have no idea who any of the characters are or the backstories, etc. But I definitely wanna see this.

I just came from the cinema. I live in Hungary and today was the premier. I liked to movie. It is very entertaining. The story is good, the characters are great and the visuals are beautifull. It is not a perfect movie but I really hope it will get a sequel. You can see the care which went into making this movie. It has a lot of hearth. I would like to see more. I think the reviewers, critics are too harsh. At least the few who already published their opinion. I know it became cliche but the critics today are all over the place they overanalyzing everything and sometimes they can't see the movies for what they are. For example I hated Batman v Superman. I think it is a bad movie but certainly it is not 29%. It is more like 60%.

8 out of 10 for me. While Captain America CW overall is a better movie I personally enjoyed this one more.

That's a bit skewed way of approaching Rottentomatoes though. The RT Metre percentage is not about the avarage score the movie is getting, but about how many critics liked the film as opposed to how many disliked it. Note that "liked" and "disliked" are very broad terms. For example - a movie that's only enjoyable will get the same 'liked' status as a true masterpiece.

The actual avarage rating for Batman v Superman on Rottentomatoes is around 5/10, which is closer to what you said.

Sorry, I was watchin' metacritic. At the moment RT had no reviews posted on my side, for some reason.

I'll watch this in IMAX on Monday or Tuesday. Hope it's good.

I'm curious to hear what you think of it. When it comes to fans seeing a dissappointing movie, there tend to be two types, overly critical or overly forgiving.

Hope it's not as bad as I read, we need more Fantasy films.

Yes you are right about that. I think the most realistic place score wise will be IMDB. We will see how it turns out. I hope they can make a sequel. Of course it is not an oscar worthy movie...but still a very entertaining one.
