Twilight is the most braindead movie franchise in existence. It's devoid of any REAL human emotion, and simply exists to titillate. the fragile minds of teenage girls.

Transfromers would be at the opposite end. But it has one difference. It actually has human emotion...it's just....like...dumb over the top human emotion. Fake emotion.

transformers is a masterpiece compared to Twilight, you put it absolutely perfect twilight IS a braindead movie franchise.

That's why I asked if he saw twilight because twilight truly is a braindead movie.

I hate to hear people online say this on other websites. This movie is getting pretty good reviews and I hear it is actually funny, but the Twilight comparisons might make people skip this one only because of that. The Twilight hate might ruin this movie, we will see.

yeah I didn't mean you personally but a lot of people keep attacking this because of the Twilight connection, and A) those people have not seen this movie yet, and B) those people never ever saw twilight in the first place to be complaining about it.

That's why people are reminded of Twilight with this movie. You got a young couple and one of them is a "supernatural" character. Plus the trailers makes it look a bit silly. Twilight wasn't suppose to be a comedy, but at times it was pretty laughable.

It's not a masterpiece but definitely a good movie, just had to be more self-aware and visually richer.
Anyway I laughed and was very much into it mainly due to the stunning Nicholas Hoult's performance.
