I know. While the feathers meant something to me, she thought they were useless, as well as dirty and nasty - despite the fact that I would soak each new feather in soap and scrub them to kill any bugs and germs on them.

I love her, but she has no sentimental value for anything. She is the complete opposite of a pack rat. If she hasn't used something in a year, she doesn't need it and in the trash it goes. Even if it holds the fondest of memories.

I don't discriminate. Any feather, good or bad condition for me. I've got hundreds. :) Going through my personal affects and finding random feathers everywhere would probably creep a lot of people out.

Yeah..I don't have that many...only around 25 or so. I do also collect unique looking rocks, small acorns and strange looking things that come from trees. I have a couple that look like little sagebrushes that are only around 3 inches tall. I have no idea what they are..but they look cool around some of my Devil stuff. I also collect religious stuff that I have displayed next to a shelf full of Devil stuff. Kinda weird, I know...but I like it. :D

I have a sister-in-law like that. She throws alot of stuff away every week, even if it's good. I told her to at least give the stuff to Goodwill or the Salvation Army but she won't be bothered.

Me, I tend to hold on to things TOO long.

Believe it or not I have movie ticket stubs from as far back as I think 1994. I have tons of them ................. not sure why I have kept them for this long.

I do this too. I have a large glass jar I put them in. I have some really old ones from my brothers and parents too. :lol

I think I'm becoming a hoader!!! :horror

WOW!...and I thought I was the only one!....yay, crazy people!:banana:banana

Yep... same here!!!

I started collecting them because half of the ticket consisted of a image from movies showing in the theatre at the time. Too bad they changed their ticket machines and now I just get plain white ones, which you see on the left...

I still keep them though :D :D :D

Edit: I started collecting these back in 2003 when that theatre opened...

that's very interesting...if the make cinema tickets the same way it will be really cool!

I used to collect movie tix but 4 yrs ago I had to do a school report on what I wanted to be when I graduate. And since I want to be a director/writer I used all my tix in the report. Since then I stopped collecting them because I don't have the others.

Small lil metal tools, and I mean so small you can only hold the screw driver with two fingers. These things exist :rotfl Don't judge me. I might need them one day to save the world!!! :rock

Flat heads, phillips, hammers.... wrenches, socket wrench.

i used to have a massive collection of matchboxes when I was in middleschool. soon after I moved and couldn't find the collection. like maybe got lost in the attic or something. wonder if the house is still there?

I have seen a lot of fantastic collections on these boards over the years but after looking through some of my stuff I thought it might be interesting to see if anyone has a collection of weird, dumb or just plain goofy items that they are not afraid to share. I'll start the ball rolling with these...

Yes those are Sideshow gift cards. I'm not quite sure why I started keeping them but I did and now I am kind of obsessed with them. I'm sure there are more designs out there but I have all the ones I have ever seen.

I collect the gift cards too, and there are several in this picture I don't have!!! If anyone has old gift cards that are expired or already used the code on, I would be interested in any of the ones that come with DVD/BD Gift sets, the red $50 card on the right side, and the Star Wars one in the bottom right corner... and of course, anything not shown here!!! PM if you have any!

The oldest stubs I still have dates back to 1999. BIG DADDY and DEEP BLUE SEA!:monkey4.......Though I'm proud to say that I still have my LOTR stubs from 2001 to 2003!:rock

Those movie tickets are cool. If any theater around me had tickets like that I would keep them too.

A few of those I got off ebay and since they were a low value they were pretty dang cheap. I wonder if I can email Dusty and see if she has any old cards in a drawer someplace. :)
