What are you getting your kids/ Young relatives this Christmas?

This year I'm getting my daughter Elmo Live.

Are any of you buying toys for little ones that you kinda wish were for you instead?

Or are you getting Toys that the kids drive you up the wall with?

I only buy for the very littlest of my neices and nephews and the others I give gift cards. I haven't heard what the others want only from my 5 year old neice who wants Zhu Zhu Hamsters. If I can't find them for near retail, she's going to have to wait till they are plentiful after Christmas. My one little nephew likes anything train related so I can't go wrong there, just hard to find something he doesn't already have. Kids have so much these days!

I also buy toys for some of the underprivledged kids in town. Plus toys for tots.

I used to hate getting gift cards as a kid. All my cousins were into completely different things and I was the odd one out I suppose.
I always ended up with giftcards for places that I had no interest in.

It came to a point where I would just get money instead of a gift card from the same people.

My uncle is getting one of those Elmos for his kid Dino.

Just buying for a niece and nephew... really don't know what to get them yet. He just turned 13 so really anything that causes damage or fits into an X-box 360 is good for him. Not sure about my niece, she's 7 so its a bit more up in the air.

Congrats to Reinhardt on the new edition to the family, it won't be long before there's a lil Ski running around as well
