Yea they were kind of a cheese band but, they wrote some really good songs and you couldn't compare them to any other bands really.I was not a fan of what this guy did to himself these last few years but, none the less RIP Peter Steele, dead at 48.

No effing way!!! Right after I read your post I went to Google it and indeed, it seems this time is not a hoax. He is gone for reals. RIP Peter, I enjoyed your music. At least the first three albums.

Like Valfar said, they were a cheesey band but enjoyable. They had some good tunes.

I still have this on my TiVo. No matter how many times I watch it it gives me goose bumps and I get tears in my eyes. (I'm listening to it right now and as I type this I am getting goose chills up my back!) It's one of the most powerful performances I have ever seen... I don't care what Valfar thinks!
