I don't know why I get these 'itches' all of the sudden, but I'll randomly start listening to artists like Seger, Blue Oyster Cult, Kansas, and so on.

We're talking releases 30+ years ago and STILL so, SO good. It's hard to beat that kind of talent.

Yeah, I'm a fan of a lot of the older stuff. I see these Grammy highlights on my yahoo e-mail page and I don't know who most of these people are. I actually had the Seger CD going in my car just this past week.

I heard a Bob Seger song today on the XM Radio 80s station. Shakedown, from Beverly Hills Cop 2. Even his cheap commercial cash-ins were pretty good
